Open Question: What is wrong with my Samsung Galaxy S II music player?!?

I adore my phone but whenever I hear to music some of the songs have a gargled echo sound. It's intermittent and always different songs. I know it's not my music because I never had this problem on my blackberry. After restarting the tune three or for times it works but this is very annoying as I hear to music a lot. T-Mobile and Samsung both said they can't help me. Anyone else with this problem? Please help!!!

Open Question: Confused About This Girl? Help?

This girl added me on Facebook after we met briefly on a nightout & started talking on BBM, she's been telling me about her work where she keeps getting asked out by guys but she's not interested in them. I messaged her on Facebook as her phone broke jokingly saying "who am I gonna talk to now on BBM about my random dreams" which for some random reason we did & she replied saying she has an IPhone now leaving me her new number, saying you have my mobile number if you need to talk to me about your dreams :D XX" We were texting on regular basis but I stupidly drunk called her 2 weekends ago at 2am like an idiot which went to voicemail & in same night ended up losing my mobile phone. I was dreading next day I felt like I might of messed everything up for calling her but she laughed & said its fine so I'm taking her to a concert next month for her Birthday. My new phone came last Thursday so I said I'd give her a call next day if she wasnt busy & she said "yeah okiiess night :D X". I rang her Friday & we spoke for the 1st time for 40 minutes & I asked her if she would like to go for a drink sometime next week & she said yes but not sure what day yet because of work. Later on that night she was at a home party but she was texting me a few times & also over the Weekend. I didn't talk to her Monday though as I didnt want to appear too clingy but I text her yesterday & she replied as normal but my next text that day she never responded to it & havent spoken since?? So confused Help

Open Question: Is it possible to download full episodes of TV shows on a mobile phone? If so, how and where do you do this?

The idea is to download full episodes of different currently running television show on a blackberry bold 9000. It would be nice to be able to do this for free, but if there is a minimal fee that would be okay. File sharing would be fine, haven't seen that option anywhere. There are many sites out there that claim to work great, when tried they don't work. It is alright if the process is technical, with many steps, it doesn't have to be easy. If anyone has any insight into how to accomplish this, I would appreciate you very much for it.Thank you!

Open Question: Is it worth waiting for the Samsung Galaxy S3?

I have an iPhone 4 at the moment that is still "working" per say, but breaking steadily. It has stopped vibrating every time I receive text messages, stopped showing up on the lock screen every time I have a new message, the WiFi doesn't always connect and I believe the iPod is breaking too. I had originally planned on waiting for the S3, however I try to look up the release date frequently and I recently heard it may not arrive out until July, and that isn't even necessarily in the U.S. or on AT&T, my mobile phone carrier. Is it worth waiting for the Samsung Galaxy S3 to replace my phone, or should I just receive the Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket? I've heard the S2 is an amazing phone, but the S3 is supposed to be much better. In your opinion, which is more worth it?

Open Question: How do you deal with backstabbers?

Where I work we're not supposed to have our mobile phones on us. I work in a care home and a lot of the staff keep their phones on them even though we're not supposed to. One of the support workers reported me to the manager and told them I had my phone on me. This annoyed me because she's one of the people i look using her phone DAILY. Funnily enough she doesn't reporter friends who have their phones on them. Her and her friends purposefully report me for every petty thing they can. I've removed any coworkers I have from my Facebook page because i don't trust any of them. Why do people snitch on certain people yet think it's ok to use their phone or whatever? Isn't that hypocritcal? I have never reported anybody and I'd only report somebody if they were doing something that was affecting me or endangering somebody else. I don't even work with her, I do the cleaning. They'll be nice to your face yet stab you in the back. I'm only doing this job to pay my rent and for driving lessons. I don't arrive to work for this. I've never reported anybody. Just to clarify, I don't make phone calls at work. I keep my phone in my pocket because it's an expensive phone and I'm paranoid about it getting stolen. Now I've decided to just leave my phone at home.

So, Virgin Mobile has the Motorola Triumph Android Smartphone, and they have a plan for only $35 a month... which is unbeatable. But I really don't have the $280 to pay for the phone. Is there a way around paying for the entire phone? Or do I have to have a contract plan with them? Please help.

Open Question: how to connect my nintendo 3ds to my samsung intercept wifi?

I have a Virgin Mobile Samsung Intercept Android version 2.2.2, I have rooted it and got a wifi tether app from the android market. I can connect to my phones internet through my laptop just fine, but when I try to connect my Nintendo 3DS to the wifi it just won't work! The 3DS recognizes the wifi my phone broadcasts, it has me even enter my network password, connects, but won't connect to the internet. Please help!

Open Question: Mobile dialer problem. Help!?

My mobile dailer was working fine in the morning but it's been 6 hours and I can't make calls to USA. My account balance is not low and my internet connection is working properly. I can't hear the phone ring nor the person on the other end. I mean when I try calling they receive my calls and my number appears different. They can't hear me either after a few seconds the call is disconnect. I called the operater and they said lines a working. What could it be? I'm using Nokia E72. And passionfone mobile dialer.

Open Question: Who will Ebay favor in this case, me the seller or the buyer?

Someone has recently purchased an T-mobile HD2 from me off eBay without a return policy option. Before he placed the final bid he messaged me if the phone was unlocked. I responded No, it was tmobile locked, also Tmobile was mentioned in the title and description. When he won the bid and had the phone shipped over to him he then messaged me that his at&t simcard works with the phone but only allows an edge network, not 3G like he desired and wanted a full refund. I responded that i apologize for his grievance but will not issue a refund because the phone has no issues and he is using it on another network that was not intended for the phone. A day later eBay has informed me that a Buyer protection case was been submitted against me and he states in his claim that he went to the tmobile store to use a tmobile simcard and the phone kept rebooting and also states that the tmobile rep has declared the phone faulty. He also states that i have been unhelpful but would like to resolve before escalating it to eBay. It is really suspicious that a at&t simcard can work on a tmobile locked hd2 besides the slow network no problem, but a tmobile simcard will not work because the phone device is faulty and keeps rebooting. I have already responded to eBay and fully explained the situation and submitted every mine and his emails through eBays email server and wish to escalate for eBay to decide a final answer. But i have heard horror stories of con artists manipulating the buyer protection system and winning usually by default most of the time. What are your opinions and who do you think eBay will favor. Oh wow that was quick, after just 2 hours eBay just came to a conclusion that the buyer will receive his refund after he returns the phone to me. Its like they didnt even read my explanation or any of his prior messages that the device was working fine until he didnt like my response that i wasnt going to allow him to return it. now im out 215 dollars and a 'NOW" broken phone is being returned to me. thanks eBay. didnt realized you hired members of the jury from the OJ and Casey Anthoney trials to make your final decisions. IF ANYONE WANTS TO receive ROBBED OR receive THEIR ITEMS DESTROYED WHILE LOSING MONEY, SELL YOUR STUFF ON EBAY, THEYRE THE WEBSITE FOR THAT.

I bought a Sony Ericsson Xperia Play(R800i) and I bought a mobile internet web package from t-mobile and my mobile internet doesn't work, WiFi works fine but when I turn WiFi off and try to connect to the internet using my data plan it doesn't work, I receive the 'H' on the bar at the top but the two arrows do not light up as they should, although I had a blackberry prior to this and the internet was fine. Open Question: credit union and late loan payment?

My friends daughter borrowed £90 from her local credit union. When total owed was down to £60 she missed two payments. A gentleman from credit union called her mobile phone to discuss this with her, he told her he could arrive to her mums home to talk to her.When she declined saying she wasnt at her mums, he became quite aggresive with her and asked where she was because he was coming to receive her.She hung the phone up and was visibly shaken by his tone. She very stupidly didnt tell her mum, now explaining he hadnt called her again anyway. Surely they cannot scare young girls like this, surely this isnt one tactic taught while training to work with the credit union?. A week later though, a member of the credit union called every her relations i.e. aunts, uncles, grandmother, even her estranged dad,asking did this girls mum live at a certain address, did this girl stay with her mum. I really dont think this can be the proper way to deal with thingsas this girls mum has been estranged from her ex for many years and they have never attempted to call the mum to ask her these thing's.One of the aunts an uncle do not even have the same surname, their telephone number is ex-directory therfore we cannot start to thinkhow they would call their home at 9.20 on a Saturday night lol. They would not say who they were when asked until finaly her dad had another call todayand asked had it been them making the phonecalls to the whole family and they said yes they had but could not explain to him why they thought they had the right to do this.Now the whole family this girl has had nothing to do with for years know every about this, which is pretty embarrassing for a 21yr old girl. Is this common practise? Or is there anything she can do about this and also is there anything she can do about this threatning phonecall from the gentleman? Incidently, the credit union worker actually frequents the MUMS place of work every wednesday night, if she thinks her tactics are every over board, why put herself through every those manual working hours ringing people every weekend when she could have simply aske the MUM when she saw her(tonight). Open Question: One website not opening on any of my devices.?

I usually access the internet through either my laptop, my HTC phone or my iPad, and this one website (http://www.tamatalk.com) has always worked fine. However, one day it suddenly decided to cease loading. I'll go to open it and it tries to load before giving up, saying it 'can't connect to the server' or not saying anything at every, just a blank screen. Occasionally it loads the home page but when I click on any links - nothing. This happens on every my devices. Interestingly, the site works when I use my mobile broadband, making me wonder if it's something wrong with our internet that is stopping it loading the site? It does not do this with any other sites. I have tried changing browsers (I use Google Chrome) and it still does the same thing... any ideas as to why one site seems to be restricted? (Please note, I am a 15 year old girl, so if overly complex technical stuff could be avoided as much as possible that would be lovely.)

Last year I used my mothers bank card to purchase a mobile phone. It was silly as I should have just asked her but it was due to not having enough money. I did pay her back however my dad decided to press chargers to learn me a lesson. Im 21 I dont think I need to learn lessons it was not ment to be a bad thing but anyway. Ive always worked in healthcare and its always been my ambition to become a doctor and further more a surgeon. I was taken to court and given a fine for the bank card situation. ***Jahzim did not write this*** Back in mid-December 2011 a group of work mates (three couples including my boyfriend (Jahzim) and I plus two singles) arranged for a long weekend together at a holiday home down in Victor Harbour. The holiday was booked in early September and it seemed like a good idea until I started spending more time with them outside of work. As it drew nearer to the occasion, I privately expressed to my boyfriend about being made to feel uncomfortable by certain members of the group (a guy who I knew from work, who I will call Jake). I told my boyfriend that I didn't want to go. Unfortunately, because we had put down $200 I felt it would be as waste of our money. Also, I got a lot of pressure from group members when I gave excuses that I couldn't make it. Unfortunately, the time away was terrible. In fact, it confirmed that some of the people (Jake and his girlfriend) I was hanging around with were very different to what I saw at work and at one-off parties. Moreover, I accidentally misinterpreted the meaning of Secret Santa and rather than buying one gift to put into the bag I bought a gift for each person who was coming to Victor Harbour. Rather than being glad about that, the usual protagonists started paying me out about it, Jake in particular. In fact, when I presented a gift to his girlfriend (who I didn't know very well) she apparently turned her nose up and made a silly face to Jake like "What the hell is this?" I should add, that when I was in the store buying the gifts, I did call Jake's mobile to find out what his girlfriend liked but he didn't pick-up his mobile phone. The Christmas/New Year break allowed time to pass and my feelings simmered. When I caught-up with one of the members of the group (who I will call Rachel) in early January, she gave me more information on her belief that Jake and his girlfriend were really greedy, demanding and immature. After hearing what she said I resolved that I did not want to hang out with them anymore. As January passed, Rachel oddly started changing her view by saying that she had consulted other people and they had told her that these types of things usually happen and it wasn't a big deal. Jake and his girlfriend were probably just unusually cranky that weekend. Rachel started telling me that it wasn't such a big deal anymore, that I should just forget about it and not be mad. In February Rachel had a party at her place, which she called a post-Victor harbour party. I didn't want to go and, despite knowing how I felt and what I had confided to her, Rachel pressured me on SMS to arrive. She said that I should just arrive along. She complained that she couldn't tell the others I wasn't coming especially when they expected that I would turn-up. Again, I put my possess feelings aside and turned-up mainly because of Rachel's sake. I told her after the party was over that nothing had changed my opinion and that Jake had not accepted his behaviour in Victor Harbour. Angered by Rachel's lack of willingness to support me, even though she had agreed with me initially, I told her that I could no longer put aside my feelings and that I would not be hanging out if Jake was around. It's now tardy-February, and Jake is turning 30 and having a party at his place. He, evidently, does not know how I feel. Rachel, to my knowledge, hasn't told him anything. He's invited me to his BBQ party for his 30th. I've already told him that I don't look like being able to attend this weekend. He has been harrassing me via SMS to attend, etc. I, again, face the dilemma of whether to go or not to go. I feel that on the one hand if I do not go, it would make things awkward socially for everybody else involved including my relationship with Rachel, who I do like as a pal. If I do go it will just be another painful experience where I have to be fake. I guess, why I'm writing this is I just wanted to receive an idea about what other people think of this situation. My boyfriend thinks that I'm too eager to please them and that I don't stand-up for myself. He thinks that I'm scared to let these group of people go and that I care too much about them. Please give me some advice, thank you.

Open Question: Can my garage charge me a ridiculous amount for a repair without my consent?

Let's receive this right... I co-possess a mobile catering business with a pal and just before Christmas it broke down and we called out a garage. they took it in and said they would do a diagnostic to look what was wrong. During January we called numerous times to be told they were busy and hadn't started it yet; to which we always replied no worries that's fine - take as long as you want because we don't have much money, please keep it as cheap as possible. Now when we decided to be bold and ask them how much the job was going to cost (Jan 30th) we were told the work had started and it was going to cost £2000... Apparently my partner had given the 'go ahead' over the phone - even if he did he hadn't been given a quote... No I - we know this was going to be an expensive job (involved stripping the engine to find out that the piston or something was damaged and need replacing). The garage is charging £45/hour for labour.... What can we do?

Open Question: mobile phone contracts.?

my pal took a mobile phone contract out for me in their name . halfway though I gave the phone back and now they are chasing me for the money and taking me to tiny claims court .am I right in thinking even thou it would be common decency to pay up ,in the eyes of the law would it be down to my pal as the contract is in her name,and is their a act of law if so what is it?
